MioWorks.com knows that technology is only advantageous if it can be easily adopted and used on a daily basis. With that in mind two features of MioWorks are focused on helping you to quickly manage information & work with your contacts. This includes the workbench and the universal search system.
The workbench brings together all of the outstanding action items into one single place. This consolidated view of tasks, to-do items and issues helps you to quickly respond to customer problems, requests and questions. As shown below the workbench has three major components. These include your issues (1), your tasks & to-do items (2) and your file library (3).

The workbench not only brings all of these items to your attention, it also allows you to work in place so that you can quickly respond or take action. You also have easy access to the detailed information on any contact by siimply clicking on the contact name.
In addition to the workbench, the MioWorks universal search system also put information and actions right at your finger tips. You can access the search feature by clicking on the tab titled “SEARCH” or you can enter your search information into the search box located at the top right of every screen. Best of all, when you see the results from the search you’ll be able to quickly act on those results without navigating to another part of the application. At MioWorks we are continually trying to improve the speed and ease at which you can work with our technology.
